NUTS MTB Ylläs–Levi
Mountain Bike Event in Stunning Fell Landscapes.

Routes 75 km, 55 km and 30 km
NUTS MTB Ylläs-Levi challenges your fitness with fast-paced routes and technical trails set in an authentic fell environment. The event offers three distances amidst the stunning landscapes of Lapland: 75 km, 55 km, and 30 km.
The direction of the race alternates each year. In 2024, the journey will be from Ylläs to Levi.

The event center and finish area are located at Zero Point in Levi, at Hissitie 8, 99130 Sirkka.
The start for the 75 km distance is near the parking area of Ylläs Ski Resort Ylläsjärvi, at Iso-Ylläksentie 44, 95980 Kolari.
The start for the 55 km distance is at the Ylläs Y1 parking area, at Tunturintie 56, 99100 Kittilä.
The start for the 30 km distance is at the Pyhäjärvi parking area, at Pyhäjärventie 500, 99100 Kittilä.

- 30, 55, 75 km Fun Rally – Join us for a relaxed outdoor event and enjoy a leisurely ride without the pressure of competition. Electric bikes are also welcome in the Fun category.
In the event, the top three fastest riders in each race category will be awarded.
We organize transportation for participants between Ylläs, Pyhäjärvi, and Levi on the day of the event. On Saturday morning, buses will depart from Zero Point Levi to the starting areas in Ylläs and Pyhäjärvi. In the afternoon and evening, return transportation from Levi back to Ylläs will be available. Detailed schedules for these transports will be sent to participants in the participant letter prior to the event.
The cost for transportation is €24.90 per direction when booked in advance during registration. This price includes the transportation of your bike.

On the 30 km route, there is one aid station, while the 55 km and 75 km routes have three aid stations each. These stations offer water, sports drink, and a selection of salty and sweet snacks. After the race, participants will be provided with a warm meal and shower facilities at the finish area.
Aid station locations and distances from the start:
- 75 km and 55 km: Intersection of Kesänkijoentie and Äkäksentie (26/4 km), Pyhäjärvi parking area (45/22 km), west side of Pyhätunturi (61/39 km) (note: The last aid station is not accessible by vehicle).
- 30 km: West side of Pyhätunturi (16 km) (note: The aid station is not accessible by vehicle).
Other Important Information
- A bike washing station is available at the finish area.
- Number plates are to be attached to the bikes and will be kept by the riders as a souvenir after the event.
- The number plate must be securely attached to the bike in a visible location.
- Participants can leave their own water bottles at the race office to be delivered to the aid stations if they wish.
- Participants can leave necessary equipment (extra water bottles, warm-up clothes, etc.) at the start area in a small bag/pouch marked with their race number, which will be returned to the finish area. The organizers will transport these return bags to the finish area during Saturday.
- Detailed race information will be sent to participants before the event.

Ebike-sarjat 55 ja 75 km
Sähköpyöräsarjaan voi osallistua sähköavusteisella polkupyörällä, joka täyttää seuraavat ehdot:
- Maksimi moottoriteho 250 W
- Avustus rajattu 25 km/h nopeuteen
- Avustus aktivoituu vain poljettaessa
- Liikkeellelähtöavustus saa olla korkeintaan 6 km/h silloin kun pyörää ei poljeta
- Vain pyörään asennettu akku on sallittu, lisäakkujen kuljettaminen ja akun vaihtaminen on kiellettyä tapahtuman aikana
